Class Cancelation Policy
If classes are to be cancelled, information regarding closures will be posted on our website as well as our facebook page. Every effort will also be made to contact parents either through email or by phone.
Closures and cancellations at The Wee Gym, will be determined based on weather and not necessarily because of school or other business closures
If classes are cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, classes will NOT be rescheduled or refunded.
Make up Class Policy
If a student is unable to attend a class, due to illness or vacation, you would need to contact The Wee Gym at least 2 hours in advance to sign up for a make up class. Contacting The Wee Gym in advance allows instructors time to contact another student that may also be needing to do a make up class. Any student who does not show up for class without contacting The Wee Gym in advanced, will be considered absent.
We try to be as accommodating as possible when students have to make up a class, but because students will need to attend another scheduled class, scheduling a make up that accommodates everyones schedule may sometimes be difficult. Make up classes must be made up in the same session as the missed class, be a class of the same level, and would depend of available space in that class.
